| Each Declaration of Conformity (DoC) confirms that the product identified meets the essential requirements of the applicable European Union Directives. (e.g. the Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/EC, the Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive 2004/108/EC, etc.) The DoC also lists the harmonized EU standards used to determine this. Any HP product identified in the DoC carries the CE Marking. |

Only products covered by a New Approach EU Directive carry CE Marking and have a corresponding Declaration of Conformity (DoC). DoCs are therefore not applicable for such items as: software licenses, media, cables, spare parts, etc. |
